Personal Training

We offer personal training with Giselle Araujo, founder of Marlboro Fitness. She is certified as a personal trainer by the National Academy of Sports and Medicine (NASM) and National Personal Training Institute (NPTI). She is also a Fitness Nutrition Specialist, certified by the National Academy of Sports and Medicine (NASM), Crossfit L1 Certified and Certified USA weightlifting coach. Additionally, she has been practicing and teaching the Brazilian martial art of Capoeira for over sixteen years.

Giselle uses her unique blend of skills and expertise to design the best approach for her clients to achieve their personal fitness goals. By applying the optimum balance of core conditioning, cardiovascular movement, strength training, and nutritional guidance, Giselle is able to motivate her clients to be successful in achieving impressive and lasting results.
