In order to lose weight and get into shape, you don’t need to spend countless hours in a fancy gym performing tedious repetitive exercises. In addition to one-on-one personal training, the Fitness Center also offers an eight-week beginners and advance weight loss and toning program this program also offers  Zumba and Boxing boot camp classes that have transformed clients’ bodies and lives.

Weight loss and Toning Program: This is an intensive program and classes are limited to a maximum of ten people. Immediate benefits include improved cardio respiratory conditioning, better muscle tone, balance, posture and bone density, as well as enhanced overall health and well-being. After the member has done the 8 week program she/he is will be able to continue and have the choice to join 6 month membership. Classes are taught by Giselle Araujo, founder of the Fitness Center in Marlborough, MA. She is certified as a personal trainer by the National Academy of Sports and Medicine (NASM) and National Personal Training Institute (NPTI). She is also a Fitness Nutrition Specialist, certified by the National Academy of Sports and Medicine (NASM), Crossfit L1 certified and USA Weightlifting L1 certified coach. Additionally, she has been practicing and teaching the Brazilian martial art of Capoeira for over sixteen years.

Schedule for weight Loss Program:

Monday: 6am, 12pm, 5pm, 6pm, 7pm, 8pm
Tuesday: 7am, 9am, 6:30pm
Wednesday: 9am, 12pm, 5pm, 6pm, 7pm, 8pm
Thursday: 6am, 7am, 5:30pm, 6:30pm, 7:30pm
Friday: 6am, 9am, 5pm,7pm
Saturday: 7am


 

Zumba:
Classes are taught by Taiwo and Tatiane. They will guide you step by step into moving your body. You won’t believe the moves you will learn. Don’t worry if it’s your first time you will be dancing in no time! With Taiwo and Tatiane FUN is guaranteed! In Zumba you will make new friends, burn many calories, decrease stress, increase your metabolism and immunity and tone your body! There are many benefits to doing Zumba, your body will thank you for it! Don’t be shy there are no wrong moves just accidental solos!

The program combines Latin and international music with dance, resulting in a fun and enjoyable aerobic workout. Music is the key ingredient to Zumba classes. The Zumba program borrows its Latin flavor from the following dance styles: Cumbia, Salsa, Merengue, Mambo, Flamenco, Chachacha, Reggaeton, Samba, Belly dancing, Bhangra, Hip Hop, and Tango. Fun and easy to do! The Marlboro Fitness and Martial Arts count with the best team of Zumba Instructors. Zumba is beneficial and fun! You are invited to join us for a fun and effective workout!
