Are you looking for a total body workout that totally kicks butt? How about a way to increase your stamina, flexibility, and strength while working out with others who are fun, supportive and reaching the same goals as you? It is a safe non-stop calorie torching workout. In addition to one-on-one personal training, the Fitness Center also offers an eight-week beginners and advance weight loss and toning program that have transformed clients’ bodies and lives. This is an intensive program and classes are limited to a maximum of ten people. Immediate benefits include improved cardio respiratory conditioning, better muscle tone, balance, posture and bone density, as well as enhanced overall health and well-being. After the member has done the 8 week program she/he is will be able to continue and have the choice to join 6 month membership. Classes are taught by Giselle and Marquinho.

Schedule for Boot Camp:

Monday: 6am, 9am, 5pm, 6pm
Tuesday: 6am, 5pm, 6pm
Wednesday: 6am, 9am, 5pm, 6pm
Thursday: 6am, 5pm, 6pm
Friday: 6am, 9am, 5pm
Saturday: 8am
